30-Point Tune-up Includes (depending on equipment type)

ü  Inspect air filters
ü  Inspect and calibrate thermostat
ü  Ensure proper refrigerant charge levels
ü  Inspect visible refrigerant lines for leaks
ü  Visually inspect all visible insulation on refrigerant lines
ü  Inspect and monitor starting capabilities of the equipment
ü  Ensure proper voltage and amperage draws on compressor and motor
ü  Test defrost controls & sensors
ü  Inspect drain lines for proper drainage and leaks
ü  Monitor air temperature for proper cooling & heating
ü  Lubricate all moving parts
ü  Inspect and adjust blower and blower components
ü  Inspect and tighten all electrical connections

ü  Inspect and test pilot assembly, hot surface igniter, or electronic ignition control
ü  Inspect venting/flue piping
